Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and closed on major holidays.    **IMPORTANT NOTICE

Online payment website will be closed after Thursday at 5 pm EST.  Complete all payments before the deadline.

Please Note: All online payments must be completed by 05:00 PM EST., the day before your scheduled court date. If you miss this deadline, it may result in a failure to appear and you will then be required to appear in court. Please call the Clerk's Office 229-794-4010 for assistance.

  • **  If you are under 21 years of age, you will not be able to pay your citation online you must call the Clerk's Office.

  • *** Please note that pursuant to GEORGIA'S SUPERSPEEDER LAW, if your ticket is for speeding 75 or more on any two-lane road, or 85 or over anywhere in Georgia, it is possible that you will receive a separate notice of the state fees in addition to any fines already in effect in the jurdiction where the speeding offense occurs. For additional information regarding the SUPERSPEEDER LAW, please visit www.superspeedergeorgia.org or visit www.dds.ga.gov
