PLEASE NOTE:

  • All online payments must be completed by MIDNIGHT the day before your schduled court date. If you missed this deadline, it may result in failure to appear. you will then be required to appear in court. Please call the Clerk office 229-794-2440 for assistance.

  • Please note that pursuant to GEORGIA'S SUPERSPEEDER LAW, if your ticket is for speeding 75 or more on any two lane road, or 85 or over anywhere in Georgia, it is possible that you will receive a separate notice of state fees in addition to andy fines already in effect in the jurisdiction where the speeding offense occurs. For additional information regarding the SUPERSPEEDER LAW, please visit www.superspeedergeorgia.org or visit www.dds.ga.gov and click "Save Time With DDS Internet Services"
